The artist moulded her own body and covered it with maps of Israel so that over the breasts lies the city of Jerusalem. Stones with inscriptions in several languages hang from each breast; these were made by residents of the Old City of Jerusalem (the Holy City).
By representing herself in this way, the artist observes the situation from a different perspective, as if in a standstill, as if time were suspended.
From the fertile earth of Jerusalem, spring forth the “breast of saints”, the stones of an endless fight (intifada), the words fall helplessly to the ground.
*"Saints des Seins" a French play on words from the words Saint (Saint) and breast (seins) .The expression "saint des saints" mean the sacred part of the tabernacle and of Salomon's temple; it also means the most secrete part of something.

L’artiste a réalisé un moulage de son propre corps qu’elle a recouvert de cartes géographiques d’Israël, de telle sorte qu’au niveau de la poitrine apparaisse Jérusalem. Au bout des seins sont accrochées des pierres sur lesquelles des inscriptions en plusieurs langues ont été effectuées par des habitants de la vielle ville de Jérusalem (partie Sainte de la ville).
En se représentant ainsi l’artiste voit la situation avec un peu de hauteur, le temps est comme arrêté, « suspendu ».
Cette terre-mère nourricière de Jérusalem, d’où jaillissent des « seins des saints », les pierres d’un combat sans fin (intifada) que les mots font tomber à terre.
