In this photographic series, the artist composes each image from shots of shopping carts taken during trips to the four corners of the world.

Attracted by these metallic entanglements, often abandoned in incongruous places, they symbolize for her the horrors of globalization that are overproduction and overconsumption.

​To emphasize the excessive aspect of contemporary consumption, she transforms images using color saturation as one would use a highlighter in a text.
